Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue that is causing available balances to be deducted twice — once at the point of authorisation and again at settlement. This may result in some instrument balances temporarily appearing as negative.
We are actively working with our card processing partner to ensure that affected balances are corrected and to confirm when normal processing will resume.
