Our E-money partner will be undertaking essential maintenance between 14:30 UTC Friday 15th March and 07:00 UTC Monday 18th March.
During this maintenance Euro Incoming and Outgoing Wire Transfers in SEPA and SEPA instant transaction services will be temporarily unavailable. SEPA OWTs attempted by End Customers through Embedder Applications will not be processed or queued. External parties sending wire transfers to Managed Accounts under our Paynetics programmes will see their payments fail: we will not process an IWT in these cases.
It is recommended that all SEPA related transactions are submitted no later than 11:30 UTC on Friday15th March.
All other services will remain operational as normal during this maintenance period.
