We would like to inform you that, in connection with Bulgaria’s adoption of the EUR as its official currency effective 1 January 2026, our banking partner, Paynetics, will be carrying out a system change required for the transition to the new currency. There’s nothing you need to do on your end.
The system update will take place during the following period:
🕒 From: 31 December 2025, 22:00 (UTC) 🕒 To: 1 January 2026, 00:00 (UTC)
During this period, temporary system interruptions and delays in transaction and payment processing may occur.
After the completion of the system change, all balances in BGN will be reflected in euro (EUR), in accordance with the applicable conversion rules and regulatory requirements.
