Previously instructed payments that were delayed within the system have now all been successfully processed.

Investigating

We are aware of an incident impacting inbound and outbound Faster Payments (FPS) transactions.

As a result, FPS payments may be delayed or fail.

Our banking partner is actively working to resolve the issue. We will provide a further updates as soon as possible.
