Please be advised of the following during the upcoming public holiday periods, between Friday 22nd December and Tuesday 2nd January:
* limited support services will be observed during the public holiday periods. Normal support services will continue with potentially reduced staffing levels on certain normal business days during this period. Critical support services will remain available in case of emergencies, including public holidays during this period.
* Extended processing timings of SEPA deposits & transfers may be experienced during the public holiday periods. Normal processing for deposits & transfers will resume the next business day.
* Physical card fulfilment and delivery timing may be extended during the seasonal period. Normal dispatch is expected to resume first thing in the new year.
All other services, including card authorisation, will operate as normal.
