Please be advised that due to an upcoming public easter holiday, there will be reduced customer support and Payment services for Wire transfers that utilise SEPA and Bisera systems, therefore no SCT and BGN payments will be processed.
Critical support services will remain available in case of emergencies. If you encounter a critical/emergency situation on either of these dates we ask that you still report this via our support portal https://support.weavr.io
All other services, including card authorisation and issuing, will operate as normal.
Normal processing for the affected SEPA and Bisera payments in Incoming & Outgoing Wire transfers will resume the next business day.
