Please be advised we're aware of an issue that is impacting the creation of managed accounts for consumer identities. We're liaising with our banking partner in order to ensure the issue is addressed as soon as possible and we will follow up with further updates as they become available.

Please note that this does not impact the creation of managed accounts for corporates.
